muddle 8 blueberries with 1oz maple syrup.
2oz Four Roses Yellow Label.
1oz lemon juice.
dash egg white.
shake vigorously with ice and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass.
garnish with lemon wedge and 3 blueberries.

Build like a mojito and top with Ginger Ale.

50ml Monkey Shoulder, 1 barspoon Barley Syrup, 1 barspoon Root Ginger Preserve

10ml Sailor Jerry, 12.5ml fresh lime juice, Dash Orgeat syrup, 10ml Apricot Nectar

"Like a monkey on a palm tree for tha coconut, shake baby shake with ice. Serve over crushed ice in a hollowed out monkey head (or Pico Grande if unavailable).

Garnish with a small Macaque monkey wearing a fez on the rim

25ml fresh pomegranate juice, 12.5 fresh lemon juice

"Shake and double strain into chilled martini teacup.

Garnish with a tiny triangular cucumber sandwich on cocktail stick on rim."

Fruit of half a pomegranate, 50ml Martin Millers
10ml Grand Marnier, Barspoon of creme de apry
15ml fresh lemon juice, Dash, and i mean just a dash kids, purely to balance the lemon, in no way sweeten, of gomme

Muddle the pomegranate, add ingredients, shake/dbl strain. Lovely jubbly..
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Doesn't need a garnish becasue of it's funky pink colour...

2 - Thumbnails of Lemongrass
6 - 8 - Lime leaves (fresh or dried)
25ml Coconut Water
50 ml Sagatiba Velha (Pura works also)
Splash Lime Juice
3 B/Spoons Vanilla Gomme

Muddle ingrediets then shake, DBL Strain into Martini Glass

Garnish with a Lime Leaf.

40ml auchentoshan three wood
20ml Grand Marnier cordon rouge
20ml cinzano rosso vermouth
two barspoons maraschino liquer
tiny dot campari

cherry and orange zest garnish

In an ice filled boston glass which is sitting in an ice and soda filled boston tin (to make it super cold and not too diluted) start with the least quitities first... then move to the highest. Stir for twenty seconds then double strain into frozen martini glass.

2 shots Reyka
1/8th Honeydew Melon
1/2 shot Rosemary Syrup
1 dot Mclaren's Patent Orange Bitters

Method: Muddle Melon, add other ingredients, shake & double strain

1.White Sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters
2.Cover sugar cube with Grand Marnier Cuvee Du Centenaire.
3.Topped up with LP Alexandra Rose 1997

Its gonna be an expensive drink but has an excellent orange peel nose to complement the impending Grand Marnier/Angostura flavours married superbly with the Champagnes ripe fruit flavours. Visually it will look like a pink bubble bath, something you will want to submerge yourself in for hours!!
